How can I set whether a product can be returned?

it is possible to condition whether a product is refundable or not in a refund request. By default, all products in the can be returned.

On the other hand, it is also possible to set up the value of a product option. For example, it would be possible that we wanted to condition whether a t-shirt can be returned. It would be possible to set up that the BLUE model would be returnable but not the RED one. To set up this configuration, we must go to the creation / edition option values wizard of a specific product.
