What does the report module consist of?
To access the reports:
> TOOLS > Reports
You can also use the browser and enter “reports” in the search window.
In this window we can view, create and delete reports. These are the elements of the window:
Categories: Reports can be filtered for an easy management. The different categories are set by default and it is not possible to edit them. We can see the different reports inside each category by clicking on each category.
New report: allows the creation of new reports.
Search tool: Filters the results matching the search criteria.
“Show presets” checkbox: displays and hides the pre-set reports. Further on this document, you can find the description of these reports.
Change view and refresh buttons: switches between presentations and refreshes the data in the screen.
Report list: displays all reports matching the entered criteria: category, filter and predefined reports. When the reports are displayed in icons (displayed with the icon ) the icon states that this is a public report and the icon states that this is a pre-set report. In the list view, these icons correspond to the “Public” and “Predefined” columns.
Contextual Menu: Right clicking on a report allows to edit, visualize, delete and publish a report. Predefined reports cannot be either deleted or published.
